I bought this dusting brush at my local Curry's and it cost £17.95 which was rather on the expensive side, but I'm not a huge fan of dusting and I liked the concept. It works really well, gets up all of the dust and is gentle enough to use just about anywhere. It is great at getting the dust out of the bottom of drawers, and the tops of books in my bookcase and as all of the dust goes into the vacuum cleaner, you are not transferring it from surface to carpet. On the minus side, the brush falls off my DC04 nozzle every couple of minutes despite trying out all of the adaptors. I contemplated taking it back to Curry's, but I like the principle of dusting as I vacuum so I have perdsevered with it.

It is true this tool has limitations, what tool doesn't. But this is a great little addition to my dyson animal. I first used it under a dresser without the brush but extended so it could bend around the corners and it was really effective and quick. I use it unextended with the brush all along the carpet edges where they meet the skirting board. Again brilliant results especially as I used to periodically clean the area with a rubber glove! I do agree that the connection with the dyson tube is poor and I actually am using a different connector to the one recommended . OK, so a vacuum cleaner tool is nothing to get excited about...but this tool is surprisingly useful! I used it to vacuum under the sofa cushions and was amazed at the amount of dust, hair and fluff it picked up!! Oh...and I found a few pound coins, too ;-)

Our old dyson just broke, after 5 years heavy domestic use. We decided to upgrade to the 'ball' dyson, and are delighted with its performance. It is lighter for me to take upstairs and quieter than our last. It gets under the front of the sofa easily. My husband has offered that he thinks that the downside could be that it has a smaller dust tank, and probably a shorter lead than our previous one. I think he's right, but I don't mind about the tank cos its his job to empty it. I have given it 5 stars because of its impressive suction, and fantastic manoeuvrability over our last model. With a generous 5 year guarantee, can't see how we can go wrong.

This product looks good and is fun. Its a little bit heavy but still easy to use and comes with a few useful attachments. Ideal for doing the car. It can be wall mounted for charging and is great for doing those small cleaning jobs where you can't be bothered to get out the upright cleaner!

This is without a shadow of doubt a waste of money. If you have a van or chelsea tractor with flat floors and no crevices it may work but forget it if you have a real car. The turbine stops as soon as you put any pressure on it and it picks up very little. At around 2cm across, the 'crevice' tool is too thick and bulky to get down the side of seats. I wish I'd kept the tool from my old Hoover and then adapted it to fit the Dyson!! The stiff brush isn't too bad but this is an expensive way to buy a brush! Don't bother with this kit.

I bought this item to make the task of making chips easier and healthier. It is indeed easy to use and no doubt produces food with a lower fat content than conventional deep frying. However... the chips it makes are nothing like the deep fried variety, they are more like poor quality oven chips. Despite trying various types of potato and different oils the result was always disappointing. They take ages to cook too, and if you have more than three people to serve forget it, as it can't cope with large quantities. It's claim to be odourless is also a nonsense as it always left an annoying smell which seemed to linger for hours and hours. Never thought it would come to this - writing a review about an iron, but it has to be done. This iron is great! Good steam, not too heavy and doesnt spit brown gunk and overload our power circuits like the previous ones did. This purchase was against the 'advice' of my mother (the ironing supremo!) but even she likes it! It must be good...

i had it set up within 15 minutes of opening the box, and the sound quality with a DVD was amazing. the picture was pretty crisp too. unfortunately, only my 1st generation ipod nano is compatible, the ipod touch is not compatible wit the system. also, for a first time with a surround sound system, there are way too many buttons on the remote, so it is a bit complicated at first.This is great if you cant afford a higher priced one (like me) but if you can splash out get a better one.
